General

The Furch Vintage 2 OM-SR a 2026 is a high-quality all-solid Western guitar in Orchestra Model size, designed for guitarists who appreciate the classic look and sound of traditional acoustic guitars. The solid AA Sitka spruce top is combined with solid AA Indian rosewood for the back and sides, resulting in a bright, dynamic tone with rich overtones, tight bass and excellent projection. Thanks to the individually tuned top, every guitar delivers a perfectly balanced sound.

Advanced construction for maximum playability

This guitar features the innovative Furch CNR System® Active, an advanced neck construction that automatically helps to keep the string action stable under changing climatic conditions. The combination of a carbon-reinforced, double-sided adjustable truss rod and a special expansion element ensures an exceptionally stable neck. The guitar also features a comfortable Furch Soft V-neck, an ebony fingerboard with white mother-of-pearl inlays, and high-quality Gotoh SE700 Gold Patina tuning machines with a 1:15 gear ratio for precise tuning stability.

Authentic vintage details and luxurious finish

The Vintage 2 OM-SR a 2026 stands out for its refined vintage appearance. Details such as the synthetic ivory binding, herringbone purfling, green abalone double rosette and the tortoiseshell-effect pickguard contribute to its classic character. The ultra-thin Full-Pore Vintage Finish protects the wood without compromising its natural resonance and gives the instrument a beautifully aged appearance. For optimum protection during transport and storage, this guitar comes with a robust Furch T-Line hard case.
