General

Built to bring back the big and full folk-sound of the '60s, the Sigma Guitars DM12-1 twelve-string acoustic has a full-sized dreadnought body topped with a solid Sitka spruce soundboard. This, combined with the mahogany back and sides give this guitar its powerful, bright and beautifully projected voice. The matching mahogany neck has been sealed with a coat of satin-gloss lacquer that supports smooth playability, all the way up to the fourteenth fret, where the neck meets the body, while a bone nut, a stable set of mini-tuners and a solid micarta bridge all serve to ensure reliable intonation and tuning as well as shimmering sustain.
