Leonardo LV-5044 4/4 Violin with Case, Bow and Rosin

The 4/4-sized Leonardo LV-5044 violin is built to provide musicians with a high-quality rehearsal instrument that will last for decades. Part of the Maestro Series, this violin serves the tonal and visual impact shaped by the solid spruce belly and maple sides and back plate, to result in an outstandingly resonant and beautifully transparent sound. This violin comes complete with a deluxe soft case, a bow with ebony slide, and rosin.

The Maestro Series LV-5044: Quality

To raise the quality of this advanced student-model violin, the wood has been specially selected. As such, flamed maple has been used to shape the sides before being finished in a dark yet transparent chestnut varnish that leaves space for the wood grain to show through. In terms of playability and tuning stability, the LV-5044 comes mounted with an ebony fretboard, a set of ebony tuning pegs, and a Guarneri chin rest.
