General

Quality and RCF go hand in hand. The quality of RCF is always at such a high level that it's actually not a surprise that this 422A is such an excellent product. But with the 422A, RCF has given quality a whole new meaning, because they've set the bar another notch higher when it comes to both sound and craftsmanship.

Sound quality and power

The sound is excellent, and that is in large part thanks to the 12-inch woofer, the 2-inch high-driver and the class D digital amplifier mounted in the speaker. The amplifier ensures a high sound pressure can be produced with as little distortion as possible. Another big advantage is the fact that the amplifier doesn't weight even a quarter of what conventional amplifiers weigh, which keeps the entire system lightweight and more compact. Also, thanks the improved SMPS power supply the power is optimally utilised!

Use

The speaker is easy to mount on a stand or distance rod via the pole mount, and that makes it very well suited for mobile DJs, bands or PA specialists who take their audience seriously and want the most out of a speaker.

Wrote the following about RCF ART 422A MKII active speaker

deze actieve topspeakers van RCF zijn van hoogwaardig materiaal gemaakt waardoor de kwaliteit een degelijk stapje voor heeft op topspeakers van een ander merk. pluspunten van deze speaker is de kwaliteit en het hoge vermogen, minpunten over dit product is nergens te vinden. ik gebruik het product zelf met mijn drive-in, en gebruik het zorgvuldig.

Wrote the following about RCF ART 422A MKII active speaker

Lichtgewicht en hoge geluidsdruk, gecombineerd met een rustig en definieerbaar (dankzij ingebouwde dsp) geluidsbeeld.

Met een goede sub (in mijn geval 3x15"/2000w) klinkt het ook op volume absoluut 'hi-fi'!

Een geweldige speaker,met een geweldig geluid,veel laag dankzij de bass boost fuctie en geloof me bij deze speaker ben je niet zo snel een sub nodig ,heeft mooi spankelend hoog dankzij de 2 inch hoogdriver die ook bij hoge volumes een natuurgetrouwe sound levert.Een absolute aanrader voor alle denkbare toepassingen ,deze speaker gaat snoeihard en gaat niet snel de limiter in.Deze speaker overtrof al mijn verwachtingen.
