Devine B115A MKII Active Subwoofer with Three-Channel Amplifier

The unique Devine B115A MKII comes pre-loaded with an integrated three-channel amplifier: one channel for sub and two channels for hooking up a pair of full-range satellites, setting you up with the core of a complete system. Connect up a pair of Devine Trono 10 or 12 speakers for a fully calibrated, full-range PA, or mount a single satellite on a distance rod using the 35mm stand flange fitted in the top of the sub cabinet for a neat and compact system.

The Technology of the B115A MKII Subwoofer

The built-in amplifier module of the Devine B115A MKII subwoofer is able to deliver a total of 540 Watts of power, where 300 Watts drives the sub itself, leaving a further 240 Watts for any connected speakers, and set up as a standalone unit, you're left with a touch more power thorough the sub. However it's set up, the 15-inch woofer produces a solid punch that's further amplified and refined by the integrated bass-reflex ports.

Setting Up the Devine B115A MKII Subwoofer

Fitted with a pair of standard 6.3mm jack inputs as well as XLR inputs, and a pair of locking speaker sockets, this flexible system can be set up in a top-sub or sub-pair configuration with ease, while simple level and phase controls ensure optimum performance.

Please note:

• Connecting additional subwoofers is not recommended, as the output of the B115A has been optimised for full-range speakers such as the Trono 10 and Trono 12.
• Only 8 Ohm passive speakers can be connected to the amplified outputs.
