The subwoofer from Presonus' ULT series is a force to be reckoned with. Boasting a peak power of 2,000 watts, this 18" subwoofer is certainly capable of making itself heard, making it a perfect match for your ULT12 or ULT15 full-range speakers. The ULT18 features a custom-made Kevlar woofer and an all-birch cabinet, and produces a delightfully natural sound that makes it a valuable addition to any setup.
Customise
A quick glance at the Presonus ULT18's back panel might fool you into thinking you won't have much control over your output. You should never judge a book by its cover, however, as the few simple buttons and knobs you have at your disposal actually put you in total command of your sound. The crossover frequency is adjustable, and there's a phase invert should you need it. Two DSP presets are available for a natural response, while a Mono Mode function facilitates multi-subwoofer setups in large installations. In short, there are plenty of options to choose from.
