Sony's MDR-Z1R are top-quality, high-end, over-ear studio headphones. They're part of the 'Signature Series' and deliver uncompromising sound of sublime quality to your ears. The specially-designed acoustic filter eliminates reverberations so that you're left with nothing but the purest frequencies. The 70 mm HD drivers and magnesium domes ensure a frequency range of 4 Hz to 20 kHz. That means you'll hear every detail in the music you play. The headphones also use a new 4.4 mm cable connector that's been designed to deliver the best sound quality possible.

MDR-Z1R: Comfort and design

Apart from unrivalled sound quality, the MDR-Z1R headphones are extremely comfortable to wear. That's down to their ergonomic design and soft ear pads made of sheepskin leather.
