General

Yamaha's YRA-402B is an alto recorder made of a durable type of plastic. This gives the flute a warm sound, just as you would expect from an alto recorder with a Baroque system. It is a recorder in F, like most baroque alto recorders, and features a double bore.

The design of the Yamaha YRA-402B

If you put the Yamaha YRA-402B and the Yamaha YRA-48B side by side, you will see that these two recorders are very similar. Yet there is a difference: the design of this flute is based on the famous Rottenburgh flutes, which were made around 1700. Just that little bit of extra charm!

Yamaha YRA-402B Ecodear Alto Recorder This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Innox ISA 02 Music Stand This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Yamaha YRA-402B Ecodear Alto Recorder

Very responsive instrument throughout the whole range. Nice, dark reedy sound in bottom register, top register precise, clean if slightly softer sound. Less responsive obviously than it's more expensive wooden counterpart, but goes a long way nevertheless. Very pleased with my purchase.

Yamaha YRA-402B Ecodear Alto Recorder

Innox ISA 02 Music Stand

Prima bladmuziekstandaard.

Yamaha YRA-402B Ecodear Alto Recorder

Innox ISA 02 Music Stand
