General
Yamaha's YRA-901 is an alto recorder with a baroque bore. It is a replica of the well-known Denner recorder and it has baroque tuning, with the A tuned at 415 hertz. It is made of castello wood and gives a warm feel, similar to the original model. It has a double-bore at the low notes to make half closings easier. A number of accessories are included, including a sturdy case to store it in and materials to keep your recorder clean. This model is recommended for recorder players who have or want to reach a high level.
