Iridium Edition

This Iridium Edition of the Amp-1 has been specially voiced and will have metal guitarists bouncing off the walls. Naturally, the versatile nature of the amp includes immaculate cleans and warm vintage overdrive as well, and the life-span of the internal nano-tube far exceeds that of any regular tube amp.

Unmatched Control & Versatility

The BluGuitar Amp-1 Iridium offers a large number of options you'll be hard-pressed to find in other tube amps. J'étais content de l'avoir trouvé moins cher ici, alors j'en ai commandé un. Malheureusement il n'est pas neuf, il a des traces d'utilisation dont une petite rayure. Je vais donc le renvoyer, j'espère gratuitement...
I was happy I found it cheap here, so I ordered one. Sadly it's not brand new, there are some traces of use including a small stripe. So I will send it back, hopefully for free...

Wrote the following about BluGuitar AMP1 Iridium Edition 100 Watt Nano Tube Guitar Amp Head

Boven verwachting. Het is erg gemakkelijk om je geluiden in te stellen, de toonregeling werkt erg efficiënt. Tot nog toe heb ik de AMP1 Iridium alleen gebruikt via een Two Notes Cab M+ in combinatie met een een Captor 8 en dan de geluidskaart in. Van alle versterkers, modelers en preamps die ik tot nog toe heb gehad voor thuis opnemen klinkt deze verreweg het beste. Gek genoeg zit ik een vrij groot deel van de tijd op het vintage kanaal AC/DC nummers te spelen. Maar ook het cleane kanaal en het Classic kanaal klinken erg goed. Zowel met een Les Paul als met een Tele zijn uit het cleane kanaal mooie (en ook warme) geluiden te halen. Het Classic kanaal komt dicht in de buurt van een JCM800 (heb heel lang een gehad, geweldige versterker maar qua gewicht en minimum volume waren er wel wat nadelen). Modern is voor de heavy shit, ook al zijn er ook best ronde geluiden uit te halen. Reverb is prima al gebruik ik hem nauwelijks. Ik weet van toen ik de Silver Edition had dat dit bakkie van nog geen anderhalve kilo ook heel erg hard gaat en veel druk levert in bandverband. Wie weet komt dat er nog weer eens van. Eerst de buren nog maar eens laten genieten van mijn talent ;-)

Top, top en nog eens top. Wat een top ding is dit! Nooit gedacht dat technologie deze 'dream come true' Zou waarmaken. 1.3kg, compact, geen footswitch nodig, maar niet inleveren op tone.

Een buizenversterker, met name gefocust op metal/rock en blues rock en toch veelzijdig. Ik heb deze amp aangeschaft om te gebruiken in live situaties en tijdens repetities. Tip: schaf nog wel een fatsoenlijke speakercab simulator zoals een two notes cab m aan als je ook geen cabinet wil gebruiken. De speakersim is o-k, maar afgezien van dat: De sound komt bizar goed door de mix, er zit enorm veel power in, reageert en voelt als een buizenamp, want dat is het tenslotte ook.

Een ware aanwinst!
