General

The Fireball is without any teeny-tiny sliver of a doubt, one of the most popular model produced by the German amp makers. With the E633 Fireball 25, ENGL offer up a 25-Watt version of a classic so that people all over can enjoy full ENGL tone at lower volumes. Round the back sits the power soak switch that toggles the power down to 5 Watts and then further down to 1 Watt, while still somehow managing to push enough thunder through the 6L6GC tubes fitted in the power amp to make it breathe with tasty saturation.

The E633 Fireball 25 with Nose Gate

The ENGL Fireball 25 is unmistakably made for guitarists who prefer things heavy. As such, ENGL have accommodated them further with the addition of a noise gate to provide a built-in limit on any unwanted noise. To further expand the power of this amp, two ports are fitted for a footswitch (not included) and an FX loop. And since this amp is no one-trick-pony, the clean channel is also pretty nice.
