The Hiwatt T20 is where the Hiwatt Tube series began! This tube amp is simple to use yet comprehensive as well. It produces 20 or 10 watts of tube power, depending on the mode (pentode or triode). With two 12AX7 tubes and one 12AU7 tube in the preamp and two EL84 tubes in the power amp, the T20HD boasts that unmistakable British rock sound we know and love!
T20HD: complete amp head
Playing with a clean or overdrive sound is no problem thanks to the two available channels. Per channel, you can fine-tune the gain and volume, and both channels share a 3-band EQ. Want to spruce up your sound? Give the built-in spring reverb a whirl. This amp also features connections for an external speaker, an emulated speaker out, an effects loop (send & return) and a foot switch for switching between channels or turning the reverb on or off. Simple yet complete, that's the Hiwatt T20HD 20-watt tube guitar amp head!
