JOYO present the JackMan II Bantamp XL: a small, 20-Watt valve amp head loaded with a forceful 12AX7 preamp valve for warm, supple overdrive and faithfully amplified tone. This undeniably modern amp features Bluetooth so you can pair a smartphone or tablet to play along to your favourite songs, while a mini-jack headphone output has been fitted so you can jam more privately. Also, the ever-versatile Jackman Bantamp XL has two channels - clean and overdrive - that can be effortlessly toggled using the included footswitch, which can even be used to tweak the tone and amp settings per channel. To finish, JOYO have crammed in an FX loop so you can always enrich your cleans with a few effects as desired.

Wrote the following about Joyo Jackman II BanTamp XL Valve Amplifier Head

This really is an unbelievably fantastic sounding little "JCM-800" clone amp for the price and for 20W its has a massive sound and presence.

I paired it with a celestion Laney "Cub" 60W cab and it sounds fantastic with a very nice Valve overtone to it i did not expect.

It handles 6 pedals pre amp and an additional 5 pedals on the effects loop with no problems whatsoever. Having an effects loops on such a small sized amp is really surprising but delightful.
The extras of bluetooth (no problems with connection at all) and a higher gain channel controlled manually and by the additional foot switch is totally amazing for the price.

Any Cons?

I haven't found any yet which is really surprising considering the price you'd almost guarantee some sort of issue but none as of yet.

Great lil amp, Would (& have) recommend.

Gekocht omdat ik een oefen versterkertje voor thuis nodig had.
Deze mini versterker is lekker compact maar heeft wel een robuuste uitstraling.
Overdrive is te schakelen via een best wel robuuste footswitch.
Het is superhandig dat je kan koppelen met bluetooth zodat je kan meespelen met spotify, youtube etc.

Ik gebruik hem als 'peilversterkertje' voor thuis met een draadloze headset als ik niemand wil storen met mijn fanatieke gehark.
Een online backtrack of youtube drummertje gekoppeld via bluetooth geeft deze JoYo een hoop jam mogelijkheden.

Er zijn natuurlijk ook nog wel een paar minpuntjes te vinden.
De ingebouwde overdrive is naar mijn smaak veel te dun maar goed, het is dan ook maar een overdrive.
En bij het meespelen met een bluetooth bron stuikt het vermogen een beetje in.

Maar al met al een leuk versterkertje om thuis lekker te kunnen pielen.

Super mini tête d'ampli. J'ai l'mpression qu'elle se bonifie à l'usage. Couplée à une bonne pédale d'overdrive pour booster le canal drive ou pour donner du caractère au son clair franchement c'est le bonheur. Avec des humbuckers on a un super son rock ou hard rock. Joli crunch. Un mini jcm à ce prix là franchement c'est donné.Sans aucun regret.Bax music au top comme d'habitude.
