General

The JTM45 symbolises Jim Marshall's amp-based world domination. Based on the 5F6A model, this tube head is still immensely popular fifty years after its release. Meet the 2245 Vintage Reissue. It's got 30 Watts of tube power divided over three ECC83 pre-amp tubes; one phase splitter, two classic 5881's and a GZ34 rectifier tube. Set your optimal sensitivity for the four inputs (Lead & Bass) or mix them using a jumper cable.

Back to the 60s

At the time of its introduction, the JTM45 was the technological innovation guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix and Pete Townshend would build their sound on. Simulate said sound and go loud, tearing and full-on sustain with the 3-band EQ and presence control. The back of the JTM45 features two speaker outputs with Ohm switches and with the included speaker cable, you can hook up one of your cabinets. For the best results, as you undoubtedly already know, go for a 4x10 cab.
