Two channels: Top Boost and Normal

The VOX AC30HWH has two separate channels. The Top Boost channel features an independent 3-way EQ section and delivers the legendary AC30 sound. The Normal channel has a single volume knob and offers a cleaner, more natural tube sound. Each channel features a high and low input for guitars with low or high output.

Classic design with a modern touch

In order to cater to the needs of modern guitarists, the VOX AC30HWH offers a number of new functions. As such, you'll find a unique HOT/COOL switch on the Top Boost channel. The COOL option produces the authentic Top Boost sound, while the HOT option circumvents the EQ and produces a purer sound with more gain. Furthermore, the Normal channel has a Bright option that compresses high frequencies for that famous VOX sparkle.

Also new on the AC30HWH is the Master Volume, a feature that is particularly unique for hand-wired amplifiers. What it means for you is that you don't have to put the amp on full blast to get the overdrive effect. If you'd like to create that overdrive sound that you get with high volumes, then you can circumvent the Master Volume with the MV/Bypass switch.
