The Ferrofish Pulse 16 MX Singlemode MADI + 24 is a multiformat audio converter. With this converter, you bridge the gap between your MADI and your ADAT devices. This makes it suitable for live and studio jobs with high channel counts. A singlemode MADI SFP port is installed in this unit, allowing you to use extra-long cables. This +24dBu version has extra headroom. With 24 dBu instead of the standard 20 dBu, the Ferrofish Pulse 16 DX Dante Singlemode MADI + 24 complies with the SMPTE standard.
