Het is het eerste apparaatje van deze soort dat ik koop dus vergelijken is lastig maar de verbetering in geluidskwaliteit tov van de standaard geluidskaart in m'n PC is direct merkbaar. Het opvallendste aspect vind ik echter dat de µDAC out of the box direct werkte met mijn Ubuntu machine! Dat had ik niet verwacht. Support voor Linux/Ubuntu staat nergens vermeld, maar het werk dus wel (toch met de 16.4).
