Fully compatible with the RME ADI-2, ADI-2 Pro and ADI-2/4 Pro converter, this twenty-two button remote control can be used to toggle every function from a comfortable distance. The clear and legible labelling of each button can even be read in poorer light conditions while the ergonomic design is both comfortable and user-friendly. The RME MRC remote control has also been specifically designed so that it interferes with no other equipment and features a number of programmable buttons to which a range of fifty-two functions and commands can be assigned to support maximum flexibility.

This remote is a high quality product, using proper clicky switches rather than the usual conductive rubber that wears out. It turns out that the problem with my old unit was the battery connections, and that it can be prised apart for access and cleaning fairly easily. It might be twice the price of a typical TV remote, but it's more than twice as good. The ADI-2 is the centre piece of my audio system, so it has to work, and now I have two working remotes, just in case.
