This throwback model features an alder body with an arched top, an ebony fretboard wiped clean of position markers, and a classic reversed headstock. Whether you're an old-school metal-head or part of the new generation, the Horizon Custom '87 is an axe you really can't go wrong with.

The Horizon Custom '87: Seymour Duncan Pickups

This ESP LTD creation comes kitted out with a Seymour Duncan TB-5 Custom Trembucker at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails neck humbucker, fixing you up with the high-output tone needed for beefy rhythm work and screaming pinch harmonics, plus versatile cleans ranging from fat and warm to thick and fluid.

A Mega-Fast Feel

The ESP LTD Horizon Custom '87 boasts a neck-through construction, which not only enhances the resonance and sustain, but gives you unrestricted access to all twenty extra-jumbo frets on the ebony fretboard. Add that to the modern 13.75-inch fretboard radius and extra-thin U-profile neck, and a super-fast playing feel is simply a given. Finished with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo bridge and a tone control that doubles as a coil-split switch, this legendary guitar can handle anything you throw at it.
