General

These remarkable hi-hat cymbals not only stand out from the crowd because of their look, but also their unique sound. These PST X cymbals are made in Switserland and have loads of holes, resembling swiss cheese. These openings give the 10-inch Swiss Hats a more dry and raw sound that is comparable to an analogue drum computer. Both cymbals are medium-thin and have a glossy finish. They're ideal for electronic music, hip-hop, or as a second Hi-Hat, but these cool-looking cymbals make a great addition to any collection!

Loud and dry

When the hi-hat is played when closed, it gives a dry, raw sound and the volume is low. When played open, however, it's a totally different story. The sound is suddenly loud and lively, but with a medium short sustain. These cymbals have a fairly soft and responsive feel. Wilde altijd al een 10" hats setje en dit leek mij een prima 2e set met specifieke sound. Voldoet prima en mede muzikanten kijken om als ik hem gebruik.
