General

Featuring an ultra-thinline body, the Sire Larry Carlton G5N electro-acoustic classical guitar boasts supreme comfort alongside the lush, natural and sweet sound of a solid cedar soundboard supported by a mahogany back and matching sides. The mahogany neck has a snug C-profile carve, has been bolted on for improved stability and comes topped with a rosewood fretboard that adds a warm accent to the overall tone. For a fully played-in feel, this nylon-stringed guitar has also been given the Edgeless treatment, where the fretboard edges have been smoothly rounded off to ease note-navigation.

The Sire Larry Carlton G5N: Traditional Sound Without the Feedback

The G5 has been specially designed for stage work, so alongside comfy playability, you're getting clean and clear, full-bodied amplified sound without the unwanted feedback. Plug the pre-fitted Vividx-N preamp and piezo pickup system into an acoustic amplifier or PA, tweak the fitted three-band EQ controls and toggle the phase-switch to sculpt excellent live sound.

Ondertussen ben ik naar de winkel in Amsterdam geweest met de gitaar alwaar ik zeer goed geholpen ben. Ik kreeg een gratis afstelbeurt en het probleem met de snaren is verholpen. Ik speel nu met veel plezier op deze gitaar.

Ik vind het een mooi afgewerkte gitaar met een mooi geluid. De reden dat ik drie sterren geef is dat de A-snaar aanloopt als ik een open C-akkoord speel ,dus misschien moet ik ermee terug maar eerst wil ik de snaren vervangen om te horen of het daaraan ligt , want volgens mij is de A-snaar wat ouder.
