General

The 1010music bluebox is a compact multitrack recorder, so compact in fact that it is downright portable. There are six stereo inputs, which can also be used as 12 mono inputs. Per channel, you get gain, volume and mute/solo capabilities, as well as a 4-band equaliser. There are also global effects: delay and reverb, as well as a compressor on the master. So a fairly conventional mixer, where individual tracks and/or the master can also be stored as audio on a microSD card. If you don't have conventional objectives, it's best to think of this mixer as a nice partner for 1010music's various synths (such as the nanobox series).
