Zildjian K 14-inch Mastersound hi-hats

There is no part of your drum kit that you spend more time on than your hi-hats. As they are such an integral part of your sound, selecting which pair suits you best can be a daunting task. These 14-inch K Zildjian Mastersound hi-hats might just convince you, however. They have that characteristically dark, warm sound that all the cymbals in the K family have, in addition to that fast, clean Mastersound 'chick'. That is thanks to the fact that the bottom cymbal features Zildjian's Mastersound hammering, which creates somewhat of a rippled edge. That edge means that the air can escape out of the cymbal even when it is closed, which alters the sound.
