The original rutes by Vic Firth consist of a bundle of birch dowels that is firmly attached to a handle, which feels like a regular drum stick handle to make the switch between the two that much easier. Furthermore, you can use the handle for playing backbeats, rim clicks or for playing your cymbals. Erg mooie stokken met een goed geluid. Ik zocht iets tussen stokken en brushes in daarvoor zijn deze ideaal. Denk eraan dat rutes minder lang mee gaan dan je normale stokken.
