For drummers who like the authentic look and feel of an acoustic drum kit on stage, but also like to experiment with all that the world of electronic drums has to offer, we present the 2Box TrigIT trigger set for acoustic drums!

2Box TrigIT set: compatible with various modules

The 2Box TrigIT set contains 5 five triggers that are specially designed for 2Box's in-house sound module, the DrumIt Five. You are not limited to that module, however. These triggers work just as well with other popular drum modules. In the set, you'll find a kick trigger and four stereo triggers for snare and toms.

Stereo jack

The TrigIT set does away with XLR cables in favour of standard 1/4-inch (6.3mm) jacks. Each trigger features a metal housing with a satin chrome finish. This finish keeps the stage lighting from reflecting off the triggers and hitting your eyes, and the sturdy housing protects the transducer from the impact of a stray drum stick, for instance. Each trigger can be securely attached by means of tension rods and silicone covered hooks, that not only prevent the trigger from sliding, but also keep them from damaging your drum's hoops. The triggers can be attached to any drum hoop.

Piezo

Aboard the TrigIT snare and tom triggers, you'll find two piezos: one to trigger the drumhead, and a separate one to trigger the rim. A special memory foam controller applies constant pressure to the head for optimal detection. The piezo allows for consistent trigger accuracy, with quick detection and a natural dynamic range.
