Superbe banquette bien emballée et livrée comme prévu. Montage facile en 5 minutes avec l'outil fourni, mais attention, le sac de visserie est scotché sur le carton, ne pas se précipiter pour jeter le carton à la poubelle !

La finition est superbe et la stabilité impeccable. Excellent achat et c'est du Yamaha.

Wrote the following about Yamaha GTB piano bench Polished Ebony

Mijn oude merkloze pianobankje was aan vervanging toe, dus ik wilde deze Yamaha graag bestellen. Ik heb een Yamaha U3 dus dacht dat het bankje op het plaatje met het koperen Yamaha logo daar prima bijpast.

Toen ik het bankje echter in elkaar wilde zetten bleek dat het een wit Yamaha logo had. Ik kon hem retourneren, en na meerdere keren bellen vertelde Bax dat zij wel degelijk bankjes met koperen logo's op voorraad hebben, maar konden niet garanderen dat een na te leveren bankje wel de koperen letters zou hebben.

Tip: als je snel een nieuw bankje binnen wilt hebben kun je het beste een nieuwe bestellen en de bestelling van de retour gezonden bank annuleren. Het duurde wat lang voordat mijn bankje was ingenomen door Bax, en daardoor dus langer voordat een nieuwe werd verstuurd (eea wel in corona tijd). Terwijl al je een nieuwe besteld word deze meteen verzonden door Bax. Dit laatste heb ik uiteindelijk na 4 dagen ook maar gedaan, en kon dus al op mijn bankje piano spelen voordat ik de creditnota ontving.

PS uiteindelijk heb ik een Stagg bankje gekocht (logoloos dus risicoloos dat deze niet bij mijn piano zou passen)

PPS Bax personeel aan de telefoon zijn altijd vriendelijk. Maar duurt soms lang voordat je ze aan de lijn hebt, en vaak kunnen zij niet veel aan het geautomatiseerde proces doen.

Magnifique banc de piano noir laqué, très stable et confortable. La qualité Yamaha!
Attention : le petit sachet de visserie était bien dissimulé, scotché sur le morceau de carton qui protège les pieds et qui a bien failli partir à la poubelle...
