General

Professional and reliable, the NUX B-8 wireless system supports electric guitars, basses and electro-acoustic guitars, operates over the 2.4 GHz band and guarantees supreme quality, 24-bit audio, so you're assured of outstanding live sound at every show. Select low-latency mode to gain an ultra-fast response or select stable mode to be assured of an extra-secure connection. Indoors, this system boasts a 60 metre wireless range and, outdoors, you gain a 50 metre range, depending on the conditions. The transmitter and receiver are automatically paired within seconds and the transmitter can even be placed on the screen of the receiver to recharge, or simply charge it up using the included USB-C cable.

The NUX B-8: Wireless Performance + Extra Functions

NUX is well aware that pedalboard space comes at a premium, so the effect-pedal-style receiver comes with some handy extras built-in. One of those functions is a tuner with a F#0 to C8 range supported by a level of accuracy that falls within a hundredth of a semitone. The B-8 can also serve as a booster pedal, giving you up to 12 decibels of extra thrust and, since the housing has been fitted with effects loop jacks, your external pedals can be buffered to fully retain your signal quality. In short: the NUX B-8 might be the ultimate compact solve when it comes to on-stage freedom, making wireless playability the easiest it's ever been.

Gisteren voor het eerst met de NUX een gig gehad. 1e set geen probleem met de TX daarna signaal weg en niet meer aan de praat gekregen. Leek een leuk apparaat maar valt dan op deze manier zwaar tegen. Overweeg om het te retouneren.

Als bassist zeer blij mee stemapp. booster en draadloos systeem in 1 pedaal,
Gemakkelijke layout, zelfs met de gitarist die eveneens een draadloos systeem heeft van een ander merk.
Geeft dit geen probleem zeker een aanrader.
Het bodypack is voor mij een pluspunt.

Super useful 3-in-1 pedal; Wireless signal was stable even at low latency setting, the boost is clean even at the max setting, and the tuner was reliable and responsive, even using my 7 string tuned to A. Handy to have an amp out and a DI out for monitoring purposes, and being able to plug in a cable in case the wireless transmitter dies is a great fallback solution. Build like a tank, but with 3 functions being added to your pedalboard for the space of 1 biggish pedal, this is a great investment.
