General

The M82 Bass Envelope Filter is an effect pedal for bass guitars that allows you and your bass guitar to bring the funk. The extensively groovy, organic sound is wrought by genuine old-fashioned analogue circuits. Thanks to the separate Dry and FX knobs, you can blend the perfect mix of direct signal and effect for virtually any funk sound imaginable - without losing any of the low end.

The M82 Bass Envelope Filter in practise

You can easily engage the M82 Bass Envelope filter with the foot switch. If the pedal is off, the true bypass makes sure nothing you won't lose any of your dry signal's clarity. Use the Q knob to set the intensity of the filter effect and adjust the sensitivity to make it respond to your attack just the way you like it. Moreover, the decay knob on the M82 lets you select a decay stop frequency. To boot, MXR crammed all these functions in a durable, compact stomp box that will fit right in on your pedalboard.
