The item arrived with a damaged box and as per your own instructions I rejected the parcel and spoke to one of your team immediately Was told that I should expect the parcel to be redelivered the following day and that I should open it and check it for any damage. I spoke to another member of your team when the parcel failed to arrive and was told you would contact the courier. Its now 24/12 and I have heard nothing further. Very disappointing.
