Ik heb de interface nu een week en ben nog volop alles aan het uittesten. Eerste indruk, het registreren kost inderdaad wat moeite en vooral geduld. Maar wat een verschil, met Daslight heb je een totale controle over wat, wanneer en op welke manier alles moet gebeuren.
Enige wat voor mij in het eerste half uur (na de registratie voltooid is) wat overwelmde was, hoe begin je met Daslight 4 (of 5) als je dit nooit eerder gedaan hebt. Eén antwoord, YT filmpjes kijken en proberen om te volgen en kijken of het lukt. Nu ik begin te wennen aan de Daslight 5 software is het spectaculair te noemen wat je er allemaal mee kan.
Ook een pluspunt is dat veel van de software lifetime licenties heeft waar je dus één keer betaald voor een levenslange licentie. Nu zijn licenties voor een jaar zeker zo goed want dan kan je mee evolueren indien er nieuwe versies van uitkomen.
Nog een pluspunt van Daslight vind ik de uitgebreide patch library, momenteel zijn er 20,000 apparaten in de lijst en indien nodig kan je een patch aanpassen indien er iets niet juist is (heb ik zelf gedaan).
Had ik eerder geweten dat ik met deze interface zoveel kan doen had ik waarschijnlijk de ADJ niet gekocht.
Ik vind deze interface zeker de moeite waard ook al ben je een beginnend DMX enthousiast.
