Quality control can be a bit hit or miss, i got one of the purple version and it had a few bad dents on it, the box is weirdly dusty, and guitar was a bit dusty also, stock strings immediately need replaced, the screws on the whole guitar are a bit soft so take care not to strip them, the stock tuners are mediocre/bad other than that it has very minimal flaws.

The stock nut was cut for 56 gauge on the b string but was fairly easy to widen with a bit of sandpaper and the old string and fit a 64 gauge no problem, after setting it up it plays great.

I dont have tons of experience with pickups but they seem pretty decent for a guitar in this price and the fact you can coil split them is a noticeable change and very nice.

Overall its a pretty good budget 7 string with a tiny bit of work and a phenomenal project guitar.

Fazley F7S 3-Color Sunburst 7-String Electric Guitar

Bought as I bought the purple version of this and it's now my main 7 string guitar, so wanted a third 7 string to avoid retuning all the time.
Had to give it a quick minor setup for my own personal taste, but very playable straight out of the box. Strings were OK, and perfectly suited to standard tuning, but I changed these straight away because I play down tuned with a thicker gauge.
The pickups surprised me, alot better quality than I was expecting and handle high gain very well and all other settings in between. The coil tap switch is a great feature, and one that isn't included with my much more expensive 7 string.
I have gigged with it and had no issues with it holding tune. All in all a good guitar for a great price, shame Fazley don't currently make an 8 string guitar.

De moeite waard!

Ik wilde graag een 7 snarige gitaar proberen. Dan is dit zeker een goede keuze om te starten. De mahonyhouten body zorgt voor een mooie sustain en de gitaar is door de smalle hals erg goed te bespelen. Zelf was ik snel gewend aan die 7de snaar.

Wat wel lastig is is de coil split. Indien je van neck naar brug schakelt moet je de switch van de coil split ook omzetten.

Ongelofelijk dat je zo'n gitaar voor deze prijs kan krijgen.
