With the Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO X 48 Ohm, you put an extremely potent studio headphone on your head. Like the DT 770 Pro X, these headphones use the new Stellar.45 drivers, defining an impedance of 48 Ohms. It makes the headphones broad and easy to use. But more importantly than these tech details: they just sound really good. It is very comfortable due to the velour ear pads, among other things. The grille structure of the shells allows us to call this DT990 Pro X 'open', and that too benefits the sound. A sound, by the way, that is very wide, from 5 - 40,000 Hz.
