Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X Studio Headphones

I jumped from AKG K72 to 900Pro X. It is like another universe. It added the depth, the width, the whole new space to my mixes. The sturdy built makes me sit harder on my chair and mix better.

Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X Studio Headphones

I was going to replace my old headphones for a long time now but couldn't decide which ones will be right for me. As a electronic music producer I was looking for comfortable and great sounding headphones for mixing.

Before I was using many Sennhiser headphones, these are great but have too much of bass in my opinion and my mixes sounds moody.

When Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X Studio arrived few days ago I notice a huge improvement in my mixes quality.

Look, comfort and what's the most - the sound is just massive...

Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X Studio Headphones

I was nervous after I bought owe ATH-M50x's 7 years ago that I wouldn't really notice an improvement in quality when I purchased these, but I'm really glad to report that isn't the case! The sound stage is far wider and distinct, with frequencies across the range well presented, meaning you can really enjoy listening at louder volumes without the sound really blaring in your ears. They're also really comfy :3

I'm not really a great resource for a review as I haven't used many other headphones, but to me these have been a brilliant pickup! Very happy :)
