General
The Beyerdynamic TG-V70 dynamic vocal microphone is designed for live performances on stage due to the fact that it is virtually impervious to feedback. Additionally, it has a characteristically powerful, round sound. Thanks to its integrated pop filter; which incidentally can be easily removed cleaning, this microphone is insusceptible to 'mouth clicks'. Furthermore, the TG-V70's capsule is made in such a way that it can effectively filter out ambient noise.
TG-V70 dynamic microphone
Beyerdynamic's TG-V70 dynamic hyper-cardioid microphone contains what's known as a 'marker proximity effect' feature, which estimates how far removed you are from the mic, and then boosts the low frequencies accordingly (up to 20 dB). This enhanced bass level gives your voice a powerful quality without adding to or removing anything from the original source, and therefore maintaining its integrity. The TG-V70 already sounds full, dynamic and powerful when plugged into a mixing table or audio interface, before any effects are even added. Simply plug this mic in, maybe activate a high-pass filter at the most, and you're good to go. Finally, the TG-V70's high shock damping suspension keeps handling noise to an absolute minimum.

Very Happy. Lovely sounding microphone. Well worth it. Updated old mic which was bought in 1998 lol. Had to change it in the end due to the connection kept the mic going on and off but still wanted a beyer. Same set up. Same sound as old mic. Very Happy. Thankyou🙂

Replacing a much loved and classics mic is never easy. Many option fell short of the mark, coming nowhere close to my ancient Bayer TX 60, each tried, each discarded but not so here. Using the same desk settings as normal and in a straight comparison this mic actually blew the 60 away, I had to turn the volume down as is was much more powerful. The search is over, the new mic firmly in the gig bag and performing flawlessly.

I've used all the big names mics over 53 years. I'm a rock blues soul singer. This mic is the king of mics, plenty high end and loads of bass. No distortion anywhere. Simply the best. Wish I could get a wireless version. I'm actually buying a new one today, had my other 10 years without a hitch.

Having sung and played in bands for about 30 years I thought I had heard just about everything a stage mic could offer. That was until I used this one. No more struggling to hear yourself at gigs or tweaking the eq to give your voice more depth and presence. This is one hell of a good mic with crisp natural highs and plenty of low end power that honestly lifts your voice and projects it without you having to scream your vocals out. Amazing mic.

Ce micro brille particulièrement par sa capacité à capturer la voix avec une clarté exceptionnelle. Son rendu sonore est précis, riche et équilibré, mettant en valeur toutes les nuances vocales sans dénaturer le timbre naturel. Super micro, j'ai également un SHURE BETA58 mais le Beyerdynamic TG-V70 et bien au dessus à mon gout avec plus de présence et de puissance.Le prix au top et le délai au top, rien à dire bravo à vous.

La chanteuse de mon groupe utilise ce micro et lors du renouvellement de mon micro j'ai opté pour ce TG V70 (en remplacement d'un Shure Béta 58a). Le TG V70 est largement supérieur au shure dans tous les domaines tout en étant dans la même gamme de prix (raisonnable). Très bon contact service client, expédition rapide, que vouloir de plus.

Sinds 9-04-2017 in gebruik. In het begin even wennen: hyper cardiode dus mond er bijna tegenaan houden. Mijn stem is in de lage tonen van nature niet zo luid, maar met deze microfoon kan ik op Barry White toonhoogte een aanvaardbaar geluid reproduceren. Pakt omgevingsgeluid vrijwel niet op, kan dus heel hard staan zonder rondzingen. Als backing vocal kan ik dus rustig op 20 cm afstand zingen. Heb nog even getwijfeld of ik zou omruilen voor de Sennheiser E945. Mijn mede vocalist heeft er recent een gekocht. Valt op dat op dezelfde ingang, met dezelfde instellingen (gain, high, middle, low), de E945 op 75% volume moet staan om hetzelfde geluidsniveau te halen als mijn TG-V70 op 50% volume.
Ik ga nog wel een verbindingsstuk kopen waarmee ik op één standaard zowel mijn TG-V70 als mijn oude Shure SM58 (voor backing vocals met Roland Vocal Harmonist) kan gebruiken. Al met al zeer tevreden.

Dit is echt een geweldige microfoon voor de live muziekant / zanger. Ik gebruik hem nu al jaren. Ik heb een Shure SM58 als backup maar hoop die nooit te hoeven gebruiken. Deze mic is zoveel beter dan de Shure (welke de naam heeft en daardoor vaker wordt gekozen). Deze TG 70 heeft geen last van omgevingsgeluiden.
