According to K&M they have sold 2 million of these microphone stands! The combination of a stable stand with a completely silent height adjustment system, a flexible adjustable arm and robust construction clearly is pure gold.
When folded, the stand takes up hardly any space which really comes in handy when you are using multiple stands at once. It is basically nothing more than a combined package of a 201a/2 (20130) microphone stand and a 211 (21100) microphone arm. This has been a classic combination for over 30 years!

Finally got myself "THE" boom microphone stand; to "review" this classic piece of rock-solid, well-giggable kit would be daft. It's just: The. Best.

Niet voor niets wereldwijd een zeer goed verkochte standaard. Door eigen gewicht ook zeer stabiel en in zijn geheel een kwalitatief hoogwaardig product. Kost wat meer maar dan heb je ook wat.

Als je een simpel statief zoekt wat echt goed is: zoek niet verder. Dit is letterlijk de basis. Ja, goedkoper kan maar dan zak je m.i. door een bodem heen die je niet wilt qua kwaliteit. Klopt, deze is niet de goedkoopste maar wel de defacto standaard voor serieus gebruikt. Kost wellicht wat meer, maar gaat dan ook de rest van je leven mee. Zelf met hard werk en soms helaas het misbruik waar je dan ook tegenaan gaat lopen. Kies voor kwaliteit waar je echt jaren plezier van hebt en niets minder dan dat.

Prima statief, snel geleverd voor een scherpe prijs. Statief is vrij zwaar en staat daardoor, zelfs met de arm uitgeschoven, stabiel.
Wel jammer dat het wordt bezorgd in een omdoos die pakweg 10 keer het volume heeft van de doos waar het statief zelf inzit. Daar valt op papier en plastic opvulmateriaal nog flink te besparen.
