What is a B-stock product?

A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

B-stock information

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.

B-stock photos

The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::

  • Photo of the brand new product
  • Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories
  • Photo showing the front of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing the back of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing any damage to the B-stock product (if applicable)

Original packaging

Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes
Packaging missing: replaced with a Bax Music box

State of product:

New: the product itself is new, but the packaging may not look new
Signs of use (no damage or scratches): smudges, fingerprints and/or dust
Scratches/damage: product has scratches and/or damage

Can I return a B-stock product?

Yes! Our 30-Day Trial Period also applies to B-stock products.

Do B-stock products come with a warranty?

General

The Sire M6H 6-String is an imodern headless solidbody bass guitar that provides today's bassist with a contemporary playing experience and an extra long range thanks to the addition of both a low B string and a high C string. Part of the Marcus Miller M6H series, this 6-string is distinguished by the absence of a traditional headstock with tuning mechanisms, which not only reduces overall weight but also provides better balance. Especially for prolonged standing playing, the lightweight body also significantly reduces the strain on your neck in particular, resulting in more comfort and stability. Whether you have a short practice session or a gig or prolonged recording, this headless bass will keep you playing effortlessly.

Marcus Miller M6H 6-String: comfortable and stylish 6-string addition to your bass collection

Besides its thoughtful design, this 6-string headless Sire bass is also visually impressive, thanks to the combination of high-quality woods, hardware and an excellent matching finish. The C-profile neck with its 24 medium jumbo frets gives you some extra notes in the higher register, ideal for when you like to show off more melodic lines in addition to grooves. The stainless steel frets ensure a smooth playing experience and a long lifespan without excessive wear. In addition, the rosewood fingerboard features rounded Edgeless edges, which eliminates sharp edges and guarantees a smooth playing experience. All this makes the M6H 6-String not only comfortable to play, but also a stylish 6-string addition to any bassist's collection.

More versatile in terms of both range and sound palette

What makes this headless bass guitar with its 2 extra strings even more versatile is the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, which allows you to fine-tune your amplified bass tones to your playing and music styles. The 2 Marcus Pure-H Revolution humbuckers deliver you warm and solid core tones, while the extensive controller layout for volume, tone, treble, bass and with 2 separate midrange potentiometers give you full control over your bass guitar sound. The ability to easily switch between active and passive makes this 6-string bass instrument suitable for an even wider range of genres. Finally, the M6H 6-String comes with a Sire gig bag, so you can safely store and transport it to your next gig, studio session and/or rehearsal.

Sire Marcus Miller M6H 6-String Mahogany Satin Headless Electric Bass with Gig Bag
