Then, of course, you look for the Gold Tone CC-100R Cripple Creek banjo, because it's both! The resonator is removable from the bowl, giving you a completely different sound from your instrument in no time. This is the ideal instrument for the very serious beginner and the advanced who doesn't want to spend a fortune on their instrument.
CC-100R Cripple Creek features
What stands out is that the Cripple Creek looks very professional. The combination of the light, natural maple body with the partly vintage brown resonator and rosewood fingerboard looks very classy and expensive. The armrest also contributes to this. Namely, it has an engraving and is, like the handy Terminator tailpiece, gold-coloured. The inlays are in the shape of snowflakes, so the traditional look is carried through in everything. On this variant, the neck is slightly wider than on the original variant.
