The Gold Tone CC-PLECTRUM Cripple Creek Plectrum Banjo is the ideal banjo for when you want the rhythmic sound of a plectrum banjo but don't have a big budget. Despite the price, it is still a strong piece of craftsmanship that will last you for years. Musically, you can go either way with it, as the maple resonator can easily be removed from the shell for a completely different sound.

CC-PLECTRUM Cripple Creek Plectrum Banjo features

The body of this banjo is made of maple, which gives it a slightly warmer sound. Thus, even with the resonator, this instrument does not sound too bright. However, you can still easily get above a band. The neck and body are finished in a high-gloss natural finish, which looks very chic. The snowflake-shaped position markings reinforce this.
