With this Calftone drumhead, Evans return to the year when it all began: 1956. Unlike the original skin, this modern version is made of synthetic calf leather for similarly rich, warm sound and authentic looks alongside increased consistency. 12mil thick, this adaptable 18" bass drumhead can be used as a batter head or as a resonant head.

Tips or comments about this product

  • Please note: Evans changed the logo on the drumhead in the middle of 2019. Up until then, 'Level 360' was also printed on the surface. You may receive a drumhead with or without the updated logo, but apart from that they're exactly the same. The box was also updated at the end of 2019.
