This Evans EMAD BD20EMADHW Heavyweight 20-inch drumhead is a batter head with damping rings for your bass drum. It produces a sound with an articulated attack and a short sustain that's perfect for heavier musical genres and it solves the problem of having to stuff the shell with blankets and pillows to get the right attenuation. This drumhead is made of two plies of 10 mil film and comes with two damping rings, each with its own thickness, which are easy to insert and remove. Once installed, you'll instantly hear more punch in your sound, with as much dynamic range as always!

Ben een beginner op drums gebied. Heb een Pearl Rhythm Traveller setje met een ondiepe bassdrum die met het standaard Pearl vel het geweld van de snare niet kon bijhouden. Ik heb nu de Evans EMAD HW erop. 45 euro is een hoop geld voor een vel maar wat een verschil! De dikke dempingsring erop, patch erop voor de klopper, voorvel er helemaal af, verder GEEN demping nodig, geen ouwe kussens etc. BOEM BOEM dag buurvrouw haha!
