Bartolini 4-String 2J Squared BD Soapbar (BD42J-T), Bridge, Black

General

The Bartolini 4-String 2J Squared BD Soapbar (BD42J-T) combines the powerful character of two popular 9J hum-cancelling Jazz pickups in a robust soapbar housing. Thanks to the quad-coil design, you can easily switch between a dynamic humbucker or the familiar J-bass sound – always hum-free, even in the most demanding studio or live performance situations. The wide sensing width (48–64 mm) makes the pickup suitable for various string spacings and, together with the ceramic blade magnets and internal shielding, ensures a professional and interference-free signal. With a DC resistance of 7 kOhm per coil pair and a resonance frequency of 6.4 kHz, you get flexibility and balance – whether you’re playing solo or blending with a neck pickup.
