Bartolini 4-String BC Shape J Soapbar (BC4J-B), Neck, Black

General

The Bartolini 4-String BC Shape J Soapbar (BC4J-B), Neck, Black combines the original J-Bass character with the popular soapbar shape, specially designed for the neck position on four-string bass guitars. Thanks to its split-coil, dual-inline hum-killing design featuring carbon steel and ceramic blade magnets, you’ll experience a warm, full-bodied sound centred on vintage lows and low-mids. The shielded design effectively blocks out interference from lighting or studio equipment. With its passive operation, this pickup is almost always compatible with existing electronics, but it also performs exceptionally well when paired with an on-board preamp. The sealed blade construction prevents microphony and sensitivity to string action, ensuring you always get a reliable signal and maximum dynamic range.
