Bartolini’s b-axis J-Bass pickups combine a fully enclosed design with exposed Alnico V pole magnets, whilst everything remains neatly shielded – including the cable. This 5-string ‘short’ neck pickup (J45J-S-18) is hum-cancelling thanks to its dual-inline split-coil construction and is sweat-resistant, making it ideal for the stage and studio. Expect a punchy, clear tone with warmth, plenty of definition and a strong attack. Suitable for the Fender Standard V J-Bass with 18 mm string spacing at the bridge.
