Bartolini 5-String Original J-Bass (57J1 L/LN), Set, Black

General

The Bartolini 5-String Original J-Bass (57J1 L/LN), Set, Black takes the classic J-Bass sound to the next level for 5-string bass guitarists. These passive pickups are designed according to the original Bartolini concept from the 1970s, with a warm, full-bodied vintage tone at the heart of the design. Thanks to their dual-coil inline construction, the pickups are hum-cancelling, even when using just the neck or bridge pickup. The ceramic blade magnets ensure consistent performance, regardless of string spacing. Both pickups feature interference shielding and an epoxy housing that eliminates unwanted microphone-like noise. Specific bridge and neck versions offer optimal tonal balance for every set of strings and are ideal for American Standard V J-Bass models.
