General

With the Bartolini 6-String Original X6 Candybar (96X66J1-B/T), you’re getting a set of bass guitar pickups specially developed for the discerning 6-string jazz bassist. These pickups are based on the legendary Original series J-Bass pickups, featuring dual-inline split coils for a deep, clear and, above all, hum-free tone. Thanks to their sophisticated construction, unwanted noise and microphonic behaviour are a thing of the past. The pickups feature ceramic sheet magnets and are fully shielded, blocking out radio interference. The compact Candybar format ensures a sleek look without the need for additional routing. Both the bridge and neck positions are covered, so you’re always assured of a balanced sound, suitable for both modern and vintage playing styles.
