Together with Adam Getgood, Darkglass unleash the ADAM bass distortion pedal. Otherwise known as the Aggressively Distorting Advanced Machine, the ADAM puts Nolly's complete studio setup in one stompbox. The fitted pair of balanced jack outputs and XLR output fully prep you for every possible situation, whether on stage or in the studio, and once jacked in, your signal is immediately given shape by a compressor before being fed through a distortion with a cabinet simulator running parallel to a multi-band compressor. This final six-band EQ treatment can be tweaked to taste using the future-proof touch-strips lined up across the face of the ADAM.

The three fitted footswitches grant access to five different modes or, from left to right, an effect bypass setting for the compressor (A), the distortion (B), and the cabinet simulator (C). Three different custom settings can also be shaped and flipped through while playing, putting your very best sound profiles directly at your feet, and since it's also been fitted with a USB-C port, the Darkglass ADAM even functions as a compact and pedalboard-friendly audio interface, giving you direct control over your recorded sound. The same port also gives you access to broader control and editing options via the Darkglass Suite app which can just as easily be coupled via Bluetooth. And, for more private home rehearsals, the solid and dependable ADAM offers an Aux input and 3.5mm mini-jack headphone output.
