Looking for a rich and creamy drive sound, but want to keep a solid foundation at the same time? The EBS Black Haze 2 stompbox was designed specifically for this purpose with the bass guitarist in mind, but is also very compatible with your guitar. Experience a world of sonic possibilities with 3 different types of overdrives under the type switch. Choose between a full, fuzzy drive under deep for a lower tonal range or a more choppy overdrive with the normal option selected. In 'Thin' mode, you obtain a sound with more tightness and presence.

Black Haze 2: the perfect balance between overdrive and clean

With the new blend control, you can precisely determine the perfect balance between your amplified clean signal and the considerable overdrive of this true bypass effect pedal from Swedish EBS. Also find in the interior of this (bass) guitar stompbox a handy internal gain trimpot, so you can compensate the volume if you experience a drop in level after changing the drive, tone, volume and blend controls on top of the effects pedal. The Black Haze 2 runs on 9V DC, but can be powered up to a maximum of 18V DC for ultimate headroom.
