Built by One Control, the Hooker's Green Bass Machine 4K is a bite-sized overdrive/distortion stompbox designed for bassists in need of an extensive dynamic range that supports detailed, nuanced sound. Since this effects pedal comes equipped with a low-boost for 5-string and 6-string basses as well as the percussive slap sound demanded by styles like funk, it's amazingly flexible and can be deployed across various genres. The treble control serves as a small sensory tweak-pot that's more accurate than any amp's EQ and, next to a 9-18V power supply, the Hooker's Green Bass Machine can conveniently run on a 9V battery (neither are included).

Heel fijn klein pedaaltje.
Geen knalharde distortion, maar wel een lekkere drive, met een hele fijne bassboost (die gaat diep), en een gelimiteerde treble die enkel invloed heeft op de drive, maar niet op het laag.
Dus, geen clean blend, maar wel een gigantische bak lage frequenties.
Ook met de drive op 0 is er zelfs nog een rauw randje te horen, dus geen clean boost, maar wel een lekker pedaal om een randje te geven, een versterker een duwtje te geven, of zelfs een distortionpedaal wat meer "beef" te laten houden.
Klein, maar fijn. Kan zowel op 9 als 18 volt gebruikt worden.
