NUX's Lacerate FET Boost is a mini effects pedal with a powerful boost thanks to its Dual FET Circuit design. This offers you two types of boost: a clean boost that increases the volume only and a crank boost that adds overdrive to your tone too. The pedal is perfect for adding oomph to a clean signal or sending an overdriven amp further over the edge.

Lacerate FET Boost: simple and clever

The Lacerate FET Boost features a single volume control knob and a footswitch making it extremely simple to use. The clean boost can be activated and deactivated by pressing the footswitch and when you want to engage the crank boost simply hold the footswitch down for one second. While most other boost pedals only give you about 20 decibels more, the Lacerate gives you a whopping 35 more decibels!

Voltage doubler & bypass

The Lacerate FET Boost has a built-in voltage doubler which automatically changes the voltage from 9 to 18 giving you way more headroom and improved dynamics. You can even choose which type of bypass you prefer: true or buffered. As you can tell, the NUX Lacerate FET Boost may be small in size but it's big in performance.

Tips or comments about this product

• Please note: +35 dB boost is a lot. Do not try the pedal at full volume to start with.
