General
The Denis Wick-Paxman French Horn Mouthpiece – Silver Plated DW_DWPAX was developed in collaboration with Paxman and leading musicians from the London Symphony Orchestra. Its unique design features extra mass around the throat and the base of the cup, allowing horn players to add greater focus to their tone. At the same time, the upper walls and rim have been kept slimmer to ensure a balanced playing feel. The funnel-shaped cup, together with the slightly wider rim, provides enhanced projection, direct articulation and a stable response. With a precise cup diameter of 18.00 mm, a wide rim of 4.30 mm and a V-shaped backbore, this mouthpiece is ideal for advanced and professional horn players who want to give their sound that little bit extra.
